1 Slice thin wedges of fresh pineapple.
2 Scoop out the flesh of passionfruit.
3 In a tall glass stack the pineapple wedges with scoops of lime yoghurt.
4 Pour over some mango syrup.
5 Top with the fresh passionfruit pulp.
