Pasta fanstastica
Stir smoked roe through al dente pasta, with creme fraiche and chopped parsley. Add fried black pudding for a deeply savoury taste. Or stir through cold pasta with chopped cucumber and a sour cream dressing made with lemon zest and chives for a picnic salad.
