For easy party piece, slice the top off a camembert and bake at 200C for 10 to 15 minutes. You can stud with garlic and thyme, rosemary or sage, or wrap with prosciutto. Dip chilled wedges in breadcrumbs, deep fry and serve with cranberry sauce or sweet onion
