Through therapy, Cruella De Vil (Glenn Close) has become a dog-lover and is helping out at a shelter for homeless animals run by Kevin (Ioan Gruffudd). But we all know that Cruella can't help herself and she's soon back to her old dog-hating ways.

They might have added one dog (Oddball, depressed because he was born without markings), but the first movie had more of the fluffy puppies, fewer adults (it is for kids, after all) and knocked spots off this one.
