Elliott returned to Australia yesterday to tie up some loose ends and will return to New Zealand late next week for good.
The club confirmed the first move of the Elliott era, with strength and conditioning coach Carl Jennings joining the club after a stint in Super Rugby with the Canterbury Crusaders.
Jennings worked with Elliott at Bradford, Canberra and Penrith. He replaces Craig Walker, who this week joined the Roosters.
"Carl has an outstanding track record in what is such a highly specialised area," Elliott said.
