Kapiti man reported missing yesterday has been found

A Kapiti Coast man who disappeared on his way to work yesterday has been found safe.

Christopher James Saunders, 43, left his Paraparaumu home about 6am yesterday.

He was believed to be catching the train to work in Wellington city, but police yesterday said it was unclear whether he did so.

Police confirmed he had been found just after 9.20am.
