The Waipareira Trust is back on track delivering services to Maori, says its deputy chair Naida Glavish.
The trust was at the centre of allegations against John Tamihere, who was its chief executive until he became an MP.
Mr Tamihere has been cleared by the Serious Fraud Office, but chargesare being laid against two others.
Ms Glavish said today the trust had not suffered lasting damage.
"There was considerable damage in terms of allegations and assumptions about everything that has happened -- it has required a lot of risk management internally," she said on National Radio.
"But we're definitely on the road to recovery. All we want to do is deliver a quality service to the people."
