Do you recognise this baby?
An Ōtaki real estate agent has handed a framed baby photograph for Horowhenua Chronicle to publish in the hope that it might be returned to its rightful owner.
Grant Robertson, from First National Real Estate, was mindful the photo could be of huge sentimental valueto somebody.
Throughout his 35-year career in the industry, Robertson said he had always tried to reunite any old photographs or mementos with previous owners before handing them to historical or genealogy societies.
The photo in a large wooden frame was found in the attic of a Levin property at 6 Charles St after its recent sale.

Records show the house was built in the early 1970s. The home had changed hands several times since.
The most recent owners were Andrew and Ali Martin. Prior to that the home was owned by Leonard and Sue Wallace, who purchased the property from Leonie and Bernie Gormanly, who before that bought it from Dean and Dale Winterburn.
Interestingly, records also show the after its completion in the 1970s, the house was first sold in 1981 for $48,000.
If anyone had any information about the photo or knew who the baby was they could contact Horowhenua Chronicle at news@chronicle.co.nz or phone 366 0254.
