Foxton New World is on a winning streak. Last night the team won not only the Retail Award but is also Electra Business of the Year. The team also won the NZ Food Heroes Award at an awards dinner in Auckland the previous night.

Two local businessmen, John Clark of Woodhaven Gardens and Stuart Pescini of Harcourts were inducted in the Horowhenua Business Hall of Fame. And Kura Taylor was inducted into the Kapiti Business Hall of Fame.
Shepherdess magazine won the Hospitality, Entertainment and Tourism Award, while The Baked Dane took away both the Food Production and Processing Award and the New/Emerging Award.
The combined entry of Waiopehu and Horowhenua colleges scored the schools the Not for Profit Community and Public Services Awards.
The Construction and Trades Award went to Steel-It Framing. The Professional and Business Services or Technology Award went to Beachside Dental.
The Innovation during Covid-19 Award went to My Ride Levin.
