The womantold Buzzfeed News she was locked out of her account after the tweet went viral, and that she tweeted the head of Twitter's trust and safety, but got no response.
@delbius i'm sorry you probably get tons of these every day but i've been permanently suspended & mass reported over an inoffensive opinion pic.twitter.com/ox499y1VYs
Speaking anonymously, she said she had Taylor Swift fans tweeting her for days after her tweet.
"I'm assuming they're the ones who reported me because that's the only tweet of mine that got 'negative' backlash, even though most people agreed with me," she said.
She said she has criticised celebrities in the past, but that her Swift tweet had gotten far more attention than others.
She said she "can't think of any reason why" she was suspended other than the viral tweet, and that she has emailed appeals to Twitter but has only received automated replies.
Other Twitter users - including some Swift fans - voiced their support for the woman.
