It's no secret that film posters are frequently enhanced with a lick of a Photoshop airbrush.
But every now and then a piece of marketing emerges that suggests none of the people involved in its creation or sign-off have ever seen a human.
Such is the case with the latestposter for Warner Bros' remake of Tomb Raider, in which Swedish actress Alicia Vikander plays the adventurous heroine Lara Croft.
Much of the poster is in-keeping with the trappings of female-led action films: Vikander has been shot at an awkward angle from behind, she's in a barren landscape and is clutching a gnarly looking weapon, which, we hope, wasn't the cause of the cut on her face.
But, beguilingly, Vikander appears to have the longest, most-flexible human neck in the world.
As evidenced by her appearance in other films and on the red carpet, the 28-year-old actress actually possesses a neck of average length and flexibility:

Not surprisingly, people have been confused and amused by the poster:
