The final trailer for the movie Star Wars: The Force Awakens.
When the new Star Wars trailer was released yesterday, you could hear the collective yelps of joy from as far away as the desert plains of Tatooine.
Unless you're Piers Morgan, that is.
The trailer wasn't good enough for the British talk show host and pop culture commentator, who usedhis latest Daily Mail column to say, "Star Wars has sucked for 40 overrated, overhyped, preposterous years".
"I didn't get it. Any of it. I watched the exact same 'thing' as everyone else, and it left me feeling less enthused than a Jeb Bush rally," wrote Morgan.
Morgan complained that he would never get back the two minutes and 23 seconds he spent watching the trailer, that he'd never been able to sit through any of the six Star Wars films, and that the theme music makes "the skin begin to peel itself off my flesh".
He also accused fans of being sucked into a clever Disney marketing ploy, and called the series "cheesy" and "naff".
Morgan finished by saying: "The only Force it reawakened in me is one of even firmer resolution not to go and see this latest diabolical affront to my sophisticated celluloid senses.
