Vodafone Warriors 'Lucky Member' promotion

The Herald on Sunday is the official newspaper of the Vodafone Warriors, and want to reward loyal Warriors season members with some great prizes.

Each Sunday, we will print a season member's name or number in-paper. If this is you, please call 09 373 6400 x 8856 or email promotions@hos.co.nz.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The winning Season Member Number is drawn at random at Vodafone Warriors Head Office each week.

2. This week's prize is: a six-month subscription to the Herald on Sunday.

3. The prize is not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash and cannot be altered.

4. The holder of the 'Lucky' Season Membership has up to ten working days to contact the Herald on Sunday; otherwise the prize will be forefeited.

5. The voucher will be placed on a same-day signature-required voucher once the winner calls the Herald on Sunday.

6. The holder of the 'Lucky' Season Membership will need verify their identity by providing personal details (e.g. name, address, phone number) to the Herald on Sunday.

7. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this promotion or any part of this promotion should their ability to fulfil due obligations be limited at any stage by any form of technical failure.

8. The winners consent to their names being used for public relations purposes relating to this promotion.
