Vince Vaughn has been slammed for sharing his controversial view on guns in schools.
The Wedding Crashers star thinks allowing guns in schools will prevent mass shootings - but it is not a view that has gone down well.
On Twitter, some fans threatened to boycott his movies and TV
shows over his stance.
In an interview with GQ magazine, Vaughn shared his beliefs, saying people who carry out shootings specifically target places of education as they know there are no guns there.
He said: "Take mass shootings. They've only happened in places that don't allow guns. These people are sick in the head and are going to kill innocent people. They are looking to slaughter defenceless human beings ...
