Clark's Twitter feed includes a photo of her posing alongside Pattinson, and the post: "CongratuF**KINGlations Rupert Sanders. You just pissed off a million people cause you just couldn't keep it in your pants."
She also called Stewart a "hussy" in a subsequent tweet.
Latest reports suggest Pattinson has moved out of the Los Angeles home he shared with Stewart. The scandal began when Us Weekly published intimate photos of Stewart and Sanders together.
Crocker posted his video four years ago to defend Britney Spears after she attracted negative press attention over a series of incidents, including shaving her head and attacking a car with an umbrella.
