Will Jon Snow live in the Game of Thrones finale?

Will Jon Snow live in the Game of Thrones finale?

Game of Thrones producers say tonight's finale will be the best yet. Will Tyrion lose his head? Will John Snow kill Mance? Here's our recap of the questions Thrones viewers are probably thinking right now ...

1. Will Tyrion die?

Fans have threatened to riot if Tyrion Lannister is executed in tonight's episode. At the end of The Mountain and the Viper, Tyrion was sentenced to death by his father Tywin. The call for Tyrion's head came after his champion Prince Obyren spectacularly lost his at the hands of The Mountain.

2. Will Jon Snow live?

At the end of last week's episode Jon Snow walked off into the north to confront Mance Rayder. Mance has successfully managed to unite 90 clans who normally want to massacre each other by telling them they were all going to die if they don't march south. Snow believes that killing Mance will shatter this alliance and stop the attack on the wall. But will he live? And if he does, will it be enough to stop the wildlings?

3. What will happen to Cersei's daughter?

Keep in mind that this final episode is called The Children. One child we have forgotten about is Myrcella Baratheon. Myrcella is thought to be the only child of Cersi and Robert Baratheon. But, like her siblings, her real father is Jaime Lannister. Myrcella was sent to Dorne as part of a marriage pact with House Martell - the family of Prince Oberyn. Now that Cersei has caused the death of the Martell Prince and second in line to the throne, will there be repercussions for her daughter? Will house Martell rise up against the Lannisters?

4. What is Littlefinger's ultimate plan?

In last week's episode Sansa said to Littlefinger "I know what you want". Soon after Sansa transforms from a quiet, meek, scared child into a powerful and darker young woman ready to manipulate Robin Arryn. Sansa and Petyr Bealish have plan that could change the course of Game of Thrones. But what is it?

5. Where is Rickon Stark?

When Bran Stark decided to make the journey over the wall, he sent his brother Rickon into hiding. Bran said: "Robb's at war and I'm going beyond the Wall. If something happens to us, you're the heir to Winterfell." We have not seen Rickon since he set off with the wildling Osha. Where is he? Will he make a comeback?

6. Can Hodor and Bran complete their mission?

Bran Stark is on a mission to search for the three-eyed raven that fills his dreams. But we haven't seen him since the Nightswatchmen attacked Craster's Keep. Here Bran was being kidnapped by Locke - a servant of Roose Bolton. Bran is a Warg: a person who possesses the magical ability to enter the minds of animals. He can also enter the mind of his servant Hodor. To save himself and his friends from death or capture at Craster's Keep, Bran takes over Hodor's mind, tearing off the servant's binds and and killing Locke. Once Bran lets go of Hodor's mind a look of confusion comes across the servant's face. Hodor sees what he has done to Locke and he is scared. Will Hodor turn on Bran? Will he buckle under the mental pressure of the knowledge that he is a killer? And will Bran ever find the raven?

7. Who will advise Daenerys?

In the last episode Daenerys discovered that Jorah Mormont had been spying on her and sending information back to Kings Landing. In response she banished Mormont. But Mormont was the one adviser that kept Daenerys level-headed. He reminded her of the consequences of her actions and the meaning of justice. Without Mormont - will Daenerys turn to another, more manipulative adviser? What path will she take? And where will Jorah Mormont go now?

8. Where are the dragons?

Daenerys's dragons are getting bigger and more vicious. Last time we saw them they burned down a farm. Daenerys is struggling to control her children. Will they get away from her?

9. Will Stanis Baratheon try to take the Iron Throne?

Stanis has been to see the Iron Bank. The Lannisters are in serious debt. Will the Iron Bank switch their allegiance to Stanis? He is after all, the true heir to the throne since all of Cersei's children were conceived with her brother Jaime and not King Robert - Stanis's older brother. Stanis currently doesn't have the funds to build a battlefleet to take on Kings Landing - but the Iron Bank could change all that.

10. Where are the White Walkers?

The last time we saw the creepy White Walkers they had found a baby and changed him into one of their own. Where are they now? Is winter still coming? Will they make it over the wall?

11. What will happen to the Hound and Arya?

The Hound took Arya all the way to the house of her aunt in the Eyrie to sell her for a ransom. But as they approached the bloody gate they are told that Arya's aunt Lysa Arryn has passed away. Arya falls into a fit of laughter. Will they continue on and join forces with Sansa? Or will they turn away to look for another pot of gold? And will Brienne of Tarth catch up with the Sansa girls?

12. How will Ramsay Bolton change the game?

Ramsay Snow is no longer the bastard son of Lord Roose Bolton. The sadistic character has been accepted as a true son after he captured Moat Cailin with the help of Reek (Theon Greyjoy). The Bolton's are on their way to Winterfell. One can only imagine the horror that Ramsay has in mind for the former Stark territory?
