That's about to change when Perth-based rockers Tame Impala come to New Zealand for their first headlining tour.
The five-piece will play Auckland's Logan Campbell Centre on November 24, and Wellington's Shed6 on November 25, on the back of their recent third album Currents.
That album has earned rave reviews, with TimeOut calling it a "trip (that) crashes right through the psychedelic rock boundaries" in a four-and-a-half-star review.
