British singer-songwriter Sam Smith is coming to New Zealand next April.
The well dressed UK lad, who dabbles in pop and electro, will perform at Auckland's Vector Arena on April 23.
He'll be performing in support of his debut album In the Lonely Hour, which came out earlier this year to rave reviews.
He won the Critics' Choice Brit Award in 2013.
Tickets go on sale from September 15, with a pre-sale beginning on September 10 via Frontier Touring.
Shirley MacLaine
Shirley MacLaine, the Hollywood screen veteran and New Age author whose career has had a recent revival with a role in Downton Abbey is coming to New Zealand for a solo show.
She will perform in the autiobiographical An Intimate Evening with Shirley MacLaine at Auckland's Civic Theatre on Saturday December 13.
The 80 year-old star whose first major film role was the 1955 Hitchcock film The Trouble With Harry has become as well known for her beliefs about reincarnation and visits by extraterrestrials, subjects she has covered in more than a dozen memoirs and books on spirituality.
Her latest was last year's What If . . .: A Lifetime of Questions, Speculations, Reasonable Guesses, and a Few Things I Know for Sure.
Tickets for the show go on sale on Monday.
