Rod Stewart has added a second Auckland show to his upcoming New Zealand tour after the first sold out.

Stewart will perform his The Hits tour on Monday April 13 and the new show the following night on April 14.

He's also playing a show at Forsyth Barr Stadium on April 11.

Pre-sale tickets are available from October 14, with a general release beginning on October 17.

Meanwhile, Knife Party have announced a one-off show in Auckland, just weeks before their debut Abandon Ship lands.

The Australian electronic duo will be performing at the Logan Campbell Centre on Tuesday, December 16.

Perth drum'n'bass dynamo ShockOne will open the GA show. Tickets go on sale on October 15, with a pre-sale starting on October 9.

Finally, Laneway pre-sale tickets are available today for fans with Visa Credit, Debit or Prepaid cards.
