Punk-pop act Everclear are returning to New Zealand after a 14-year absence.
The Portland-based band, known for radio-friendly '90s anthems Santa Monica and Heroin Girl, will perform two Auckland tour dates in October.
They're at Juice Bar in Parnell on October 17, and The Studio on K Rd on October 18.
A Visa Entertainment pre-sale begins today, with tickets going on general release from July 24.
Meanwhile, the opening act for the Smashing Pumpkins' upcoming Vector Arena show on August 4 has been announced.
Kiwi punk-rock act Die! Die! Die! will open for the band on the back of their acclaimed new album, Harmony.
And the Red Hot Chili Peppers have announced ticket details for their January 14 show at Vector Arena.
Tickets go on sale Monday, July 30 at 9am with a My Live Nation pre-sale beginning at 1pm on July 27.
