The co-writer of the perennial Band Aid charity single Do They Know It's Christmas is heading to New Zealand for a tour in the New Year.
Former Ultravox frontman Midge Ure - who wrote and produced the recently revived Band Aid track with Bob Geldof and co-organised the 1985 LiveAid concert - is to play four NZ shows in April.
He will be performing a mix of solo material and hits from his New Romantic days like Ultravox's Vienna and Visage's Fade To Grey.
Ure will be supported by Boh Runga and his dates are:
