Rumours the couple had wed were circulating last week.
Images released by Page Six show Zendaya wearing a gold wedding band on her left hand instead of her five-carat engagement ring.
Holland and Zendaya, both 29, met in 2016 on the set of the Marvel film Spider-Man: Homecoming, where they played Peter Parker and Michelle “MJ” Watson.
They reprised their roles in sequels released in 2019 and 2021.
Fans of the couple were sent into a frenzy last January after Zendaya was spotted wearing a diamond ring on her left hand at the Golden Globes red carpet, according to Variety.
The New York Post later reported Holland appeared to confirm the couple’s engagement during an interview last September.
“I brought my daughter, and she got to meet your girlfriend, so I was father of the year,” a journalist said to Holland, to which the actor responded, “Fiancee”.
Holland has previously described their relationship as his “saving grace” and the best thing that has ever happened to him.
“It’s just that perfect thing when you’re on set and a director will give you a note that maybe you don’t agree with, or I know that she doesn’t particularly like, and it’s just that like familiar glance at each other of like, can’t wait to talk about that later.”
Zendaya told Vanity Fair that acting alongside Holland made her feel “extra safe”.
“I love working with him,” she said.
“He’s so talented and passionate about what he does. He always gives things one thousand percent, even if he’s absolutely worn down. I really appreciate that about him.”
USA Today said the couple is preparing for the release of The Odyssey, directed by Christopher Nolan, in which they both star.
