Disney/Pixar just released a brand new trailer for the highly-anticipated sequel to The Incredibles.
The clip picks up with the super-powered Parr family as they try to lead a hum-drum life and avoid the chaos of superhero life according to DailyMail.
But the family's suburban routine is rudely interrupted when they're all forced to face off with a chilling new villain called the Screen Slaver.
Though the original film was released nearly 15 years ago, the sequel picks up right where the first left off.
The Incredibles 2 sees the returns of Holly Hunter as mom/Elastigirl Helen, Craig T.
Nelson as dad Bob aka Mr/ Incredible and their kids Violet (Sarah Vowell), Dash (Huck Milner) and baby Jack-Jack.
Dad Bob appears like a fish out of water as he takes responsibility of the kids after wife Helen gets recruited to be the new face of Supers.
He deals with teen mood swings, sibling rivalry and homework woes in addition to fending off baby Jack-Jack's newly discovered powers.
Meanwhile, Helen feels pressured by her 'new job,' telling her hubby: 'You know it's crazy right?'
'To help my family, I've gotta leave it. To fix the law I've got to break it.'
'You've got to so our kids can have that choice,' he replies.
But Bob and the kids are thrown back into the thick of things when a mysterious bad guy named the Screen Slaver takes control over technology in their city of Metroville.
The movie also includes the talented Samuel L Jackson as fellow hero and family friend Frozone.
'Suit up, it might get weird,' Mr. Incredible tells his friend on the phone before they take the town for another mission.
The computer animated feature also features the voices of writer/director Brad Bird, in addition to actors Bob Odenkirk, Catherine Keener, Jonathan Banks, Sophia Bush, and Isabella Rossellini.
The first film was a smash, earning over $633 million worldwide, according to the site Box Office Mojo.
