The fourth installment to the The Hunger Games franchise. Source: MOVIECLIPS Trailers/Youtube
The first official teaser trailer for the final Hunger Games movie, Mockingjay Part 2, was released today. And there's a lot going on for Hunger Games fans to get excited about. Here are Rachel Bache's five best moments ...

1. Finnick and Annie's wedding

The opening scene is of Finnick Odair (Sam Claflin) and Annie Cresta's (Stef Dawson) wedding ceremony surrounded by the members District 13.

Although this was more of a C storyline in the books, it will have Hunger Games fans squealing with delight. Finnick and Annie's love story is touched on in the second Hunger Games movie, Catching Fire. Annie was driven mad when she fought in and won the Hunger Games, but she found comfort and love with Finnick, who is also a Victor of the games.

The scene sees the joyful newlyweds kissing and dancing as Effie Trinket (Elizabeth Banks), Cressida (Natalie Dormer) and President Coin (Julianna Moore) look on. Meanwhile a voiceover from Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence) plays over the clip adding solemnness to the scene. "Nothing good is safe while Snow's alive - and I can't make another speech about it ... Snow has to pay for what he's done," she says.

2. First look at Game of Thrones star and shots of Philip Seymour Hoffman

Thrones star Gwendoline Christie is a new addition of the Hunger Games cast, playing Commander Lyme. Lyme is also a Hunger Games Victor, from District 2. In the books it is suggested that she was a mentor to District 2 tributes Cato and Clove - Katniss killed Cato in her first Hunger Games.

Christie as Lyme stands tall and strong in the short shot, wearing a grey pelt coat, her cropped blonde hair slicked back as she gives a stern stare. It will be interesting to see how much screen time she ends up with in the movie, and whether her character will become more of a prominent figure than in the book.

It is also a little heart-breaking to see shots of Phillip Seymour Hoffman, who portrayed Plutarch Heavensbee in the series. The actor was found dead in his Manhattan apartment in February last year. The cause of death was a drug overdose. Hoffman had reportedly finished shooting for Mockingjay Part 1, but still had a week of filming left for Part 2 before he passed. According to Variety, director Francis Lawrence says he did not use CGI on Hoffman for his scenes in Part 1, so it seems unlikely that Lawrence will use CGI for Hoffman in Part 2 as the movies were shot back-to-back. But we'll definitely be seeing a lot less of Heavensbee.

3. Katniss rallying the people of Panem

Yes, Mockingjay Part 1 was packed full of spirited speeches from Miss Everdeen, but that won't stop the Part 2 teaser from sending shivers up the spines of eager Hunger Games fans. "We all have one enemy," Katniss says to the rebel crowd. "He corrupts everyone and everything. He turns the best of us against each other." Katniss, dressed in full battle armor marches down the Capitol street - the same road that she was paraded in during the 74th and 75th Hunger Games - followed by a mob crowd of Panem's oppressed District citizens.

The 'Mockingjay' draws back an arrow as her voiceover demands, "Tonight turn your weapons to the Capitol." Movie fans will have to wait till November to find out who she might be pointing that arrow at ...

4. Peeta and Katniss reunited

At the end of Part 1 we saw Peeta Mellark (Josh Hutcherson) trying to choke Katniss to death after the Capitol tortured him, turning his mind to think 'The Girl on Fire' is his enemy. So it was touching to see Peeta's eyes welling with tears as he looked at Katniss in the Part 2 teaser, before she wrapped him in a loving embrace. In the scene Peeta looks relieved to be reunited with the girl he loves - no murderous intent in sight.

Team Peeta fans will be jumping for joy, but what does this mean for Katniss' slightly-more-than-friends man, Gale (Liam Hemsworth)?

5. Here comes the sludge

"My dear Miss Everdeen, make no mistake, the game isn't over," says the sinister President Snow before a flood of black sludge descends on Katniss and her team as they invade the Capitol. The real action of the movie is teased as Katniss, Gale, Peeta and Finnick run for their lives from the poisonous black oil - and the sludge itself looks pretty awesome; this ain't no slow-spreading puddle.

"Ladies and gentleman welcome to the 76th Hunger Games," Finnick remarks sarcastically to Katniss.

Despite the ongoing rebellion, the major part of Mockingjay Part 2 will (hopefully) focus on Katniss and her team as they infiltrate the city, which ends up feeling not unlike the deadly arena which she and her friends were forced to fight in. One thing is for sure, there will be a lot of action for fans to look forward to.
