Invercargill teacher Brown says she has put on 10kg since shooting began on The Bachelor but is still "a confident girl".
"I call it The Bachelor 10," she says. "As a high school teacher, I'm a role model to a lot of impressionable young girls... If I can teach just a dozen of them to accept themselves, cellulite, blemishes and all, then I will."
22-year-old Robinson also admits that living in the Bachelor mansion has changed her physique.
"I've lost quite a bit of muscle. Living in the house feels like you're on holiday so I haven't really felt like exercising," says the marketing assistant, who has a personal trainer outside of the mansion.
Meanwhile, sales executive Rice reveals the Bachelor isn't "hung up on looks" despite being a fitness fanatic, with every episode of the reality series opening with a new workout routine.
"Even though he's so ridiculously good-looking, he's not the type of guy who gets hung up on looks. He'd never make you feel bad about the body type you have," she says.
