Taylor Swift reveals Bad Blood stunt fail

Taylor Swift shows off her stunt skills on the set of her new music video Bad Blood.

Here is proof Taylor Swift does her own stunts.

The pop star has posted a behind-the-scenes video of herself almost spilling some real blood on her Bad Blood music video set.

The 25-year-old dubbed her on-set accident a "#stuntfail" after she ran through a wall and painfully fell to the ground.

The fall was so shocking, in the short clip on Instagram you can hear the very worried director repetitively yelling cut.

But not only is her new video all about being a bad ass girl, it seems in real life Swift is pretty bad ass too, as she quickly assured everyone that she was just fine.

Still sitting on the ground, the singer says in the clip: "Yeah, I forgot to keep running, but I'm alright."

Dusting herself off and jumping up Swift was ready for round two, which she said went a lot better.

Captioning the video, the star wrote: "Go to 1:42 of the #BadBloodMusicVideo to see the take where I got it right. This, however, was the first take. #stuntFAIL."

As if Swift's ability is not impressive enough, Bad Blood the clip was certainly worth the bruises.

Done in a neo-noir - think Sin City - style, the futuristic video sees the pop star do battle with her nemesis, and rumoured on and off again friend, Selena Gomez.

Not done there, the four minute long action pack epic stars everyone from Emmy, Golden Globe and Grammy winners to an Oscar nominee as well as both upcoming and iconic supermodels.

Taylor's superheros include Lily Aldridge, Zendaya, Haley Williams, Gigi Hadid, Ellie Goulding, Hailee Steinfeld, Lena Dunham, Jessica Alba, Serayah, Martha Hunt, Kendrick Lamar, Selena Gomez, Ellen Pompeo, Mariska Hargitay, Cara Delevigne, Cindy Crawford and Karlie Kloss.
