Taylor Swift and Hugh Jackman were both present as Ryan Reynolds confronted Justin Baldoni for his remarks about Blake Lively’s weight, new court documents show.
In April 2023, Reynolds reportedly attacked Baldoni over comments he made on the set of their Colleen Hoover adaptation It Ends With Us.
Newly unsealeddocuments filed by Baldoni’s team allege Swift and Jackman were also at the apartment as Reynolds accused Baldoni of “fat-shaming” his wife, according to People.
The Deadpool star was said to have “unloaded” on Baldoni, who was left in tears, “completely embarrassed”.
Baldoni and Lively have been embroiled in a fierce legal battle since she accused the director of sexual harassment late last year.
She promptly sued the Jane the Virgin actor and several of his production associates for harassment and retaliation, prompting his own countersuit for defamation.

A source confirmed to TMZthatBaldoni and the pop star shared a brief interaction when they crossed paths at Reynolds and Lively’s New York apartment.
“Justin was about to leave after the two-hour meeting as Taylor walked in, and she was introduced to him for the first and only time.”
The source said Swift now suspects Lively had intentionally invited her to the residence so she and Baldoni would meet.
She has publicly denied any part in the ongoing imbroglio surrounding the flick, despite Lively’s leaked text messages referring to the singer as one of her “dragons”.
“The connection Taylor had to this film was permitting the use of one song, My Tears Ricochet,” a spokesperson for Swift told Good Morning America.
“Given that her involvement was licensing a song for the film, which 19 other artists also did, this document subpoena is designed to use Taylor Swift’s name to draw public interest by creating tabloid clickbait instead of focusing on the facts of the case.”
A rift between the former best friends has reportedly emerged in the fallout, with an insider telling Page Six that Swift felt “used” by the Gossip Girl alum.
