Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris get very cosy on date night

They appeared to confirm rumours of a fledgling relationship on Thursday.

But Calvin Harris and Taylor Swift raised more eyebrows when he was seen driving back from her LA home on Friday morning.

The superstar DJ was spotted the morning after the night before, where Taylor was spotted sitting on his lap during a Haim gig in West Hollywood.

Clearly getting close, the pair seemed comfortable with such public displays of affection.

Yet, the next day, Calvin cut a lone figure as he was seen driving his car back to his own Los Angeles property.

Together, the pictures confirm nothing - but they will certainly get fans talking.

The 25-year-old pop princess and the 31-year-old music DJ enjoyed a romantic date at The Troubador in West Hollywood, where the pair watched Haim perform on Thursday evening.

Dressed in a lacy black top and skintight pants, the American beauty was unable to hide her smile as she left the venue with the handsome hunk, who rocked his trademark leather jacket and dark jeans.

Leaving in style, the couple were seen making a swift exit as they headed into a waiting car surrounded by flashing photographers.

Then again, this wouldn't be the first time Taylor has enjoyed a public friendship with a fellow pop star.

Taylor's past love interests include John Mayer, Harry Styles and Taylor Lautner, while Calvin has been linked to singers Rita Ora and Ellie Goulding.

Meanwhile, it has been widely reported that the American songstress wants to spend "as much time as possible" with Calvin.

The Blank Space singer - who was originally reported to be taking her new romance with the Scottish star slowly - is now said to be desperately trying to find time to see him before she jets off on her The 1989 World Tour at the beginning of summer.

A source said: 'Taylor wants to spend as much time as possible with Calvin before she leaves for her tour. So this month is all about Calvin.'

She is said to be "smitten" with the Summer hitmaker and he has already received the thumbs up from Taylor's close pals.
