British 90S alt-rockers Swervedriver and New Zealand 90s alt-rockers Fur Patrol are teaming up for a three-date tour of New Zealand.
It will mark the 20th anniversary for a reunited Fur Patrol, who got together in Wellington in 1996, and released their last album, Local Kid, in 2008, with Julia
Deans pursuing a solo career in the intervening years and Andrew Bain and Simon Braxton each continuing to play music in various different guises.
For Oxford shoegazers Swervedriver, it will (belatedly) mark the release of their 2015 album, I Wasn't Born To Lose You, which was their first release in 17 years.
The tour will start at The Foundry in Christchurch on Friday, June 17, then head to Bodega in Wellington on Saturday, June 18, before finishing at the Kings Arms in Auckland on Sunday, June 19.
