Supermodel Kate Upton has revealed she is pregnant.

The Sports Illustrated cover girl took to Instagram to reveal she is expecting her first child with her husband, baseball player Justin Verlander.

Upton, 26, married the Houston Astros pitcher last November at a lavish ceremony in Tuscany, reports news.com.au.

Upton announced her pregnancy in the hashtag of an Instagram post while attending a Sports Illustrated event in Miami.

Her photo — snapped as she posed in a red suit and white top on a balcony — showed the slightest peek of a baby bump.

"#PregnantinMiami." she wrote, tagging Verlander and adding a sunburst and heart emoji.

Her husband later shared the photo on Instagram, writing, "You're going to be the most amazing Mom!! I can't wait to start this new journey with you! You're the most thoughtful, loving, caring, and strong woman I've ever met! I'm so proud that our little one is going to be raised in this world by a woman like you! I love you so much."
