Sam Wallace wasn't having much luck on Great Barrier Island.
Sam Wallace had a bad day yesterday, with the TVNZ weather presenter messing up his location not once but twice during a live broadcast.
The Breakfast presenter on TV One was visiting Great Barrier Island when he confused it with Waiheke Island during an interview.
"I'm sorry, I've just put
my foot in it, I do this occasionally," he said after being corrected by his interview subject.
He repeated his mistake later on during the same interview, asking his subject, "how much does a flight to Waiheke Island cost?".
"I've done it again!" the frustrated presenter exclaimed.
