Singer/songwriter St. Vincent shocked fans by serving as a waitress during the opening of her family's new restaurant in Dallas, Texas.

The Grammy winner, real name Annie Clark, was back in her hometown over the weekend, when she acted as a server at Resident Taqueria, the Mexican eaterie owned by one of her relatives.

She waited on customers and even posed for photos with fans, and one patron took to Instagram to share a snap of Clark wearing an apron, writing in the caption, "Dallas people, go to @residenttaqueria this weekend and let waitress extraordinaire @st--vincent serve you delicious tacos y margaritas! Seriously, the food is amazing (sic)."

Cara Delevingne's girlfriend helped spread the word about the new restaurant by sharing a picture of wall art on her Instagram account, writing, "Hello, Dallas!!!!"
