When it comes to the end-of-year company Christmas party, most employees have to settle for musical entertainment courtesy of the CD player or tracks on someone's iPod. But not TVNZ.
The television network hosted a Christmas party for the news and current affairs team on Saturday night with a veryspecial musical act.

, the new boy band debuted at the Gables Speight's Ale House in Herne Bay in front of an enthusiastic crowd. They performed the Creedence Clearwater Revival classic

Even TV3 reporter Amanda Gillies, who'd invaded the competition's festivities to see her fiancé (Boyed) hit the stage, can be seen enjoying the music and taking snaps. Her ever-present pony tail bouncing up and down.
