Tabron, who is the stepdaughter of famous Viaduct Soul Bar restaurateur Judith Tabron, won't be around to enjoy the fame generated over the season as she moved to the US five weeks ago to chase her acting dreams.
"There is a whole new world of possibility here," she said. "I have my first LA premiere on October 2 for a metal horror film I was in, called Deathgasm and Desired, with Kim Crossman, who also lives here.
"Having two feature films and a TV show all out at the same time is pretty exciting."
Despite being a new arrival, Tabron said she was settling well into life in the US city.
"You could go out somewhere new every night in LA and never run out of places to go," she said.
"We went to a bar in West Hollywood and while we were waiting in the queue, the host mistook me for someone important and famous and apologised profusely that we had to wait in a line. He shuffled us in to a VIP area and bought us free drinks all night. It was really awkward and I'm still not sure who they thought I was."
