SPY: Richie McCaw engagement rumours swirl

Many female fans' hearts will break today with the news that Black Stick Gemma Flynn has moved in with her boyfriend All Black captain Richie McCaw.

It's the second high-profile relationship for McCaw, who split with Hayley Holt in 2010.

Months of speculation on how serious they have become came to an end this week when Spy confirmed the relationship has moved to the next level and the pair have moved in together - cementing their place as New Zealand's hottest couple.

A source direct from their camp told Spy: "Yes Gemma has moved in with Richie and they are very happy." It's unclear how long the pair have been playing house, but a source told Spy it was near the time that Flynn started to plan her new business 100 Percent Project Ltd, which promotes healthier, happier and more engaged people from the inside out.

At the time, Flynn registered her address on the Companies Register as that of Richie's stylish St Albans' pad in Christchurch.

St Albans is a stone's throw from Merivale which is espoused as the "Remuera" of the Garden City. Spy hears the three-bedroom, two-bathroom house is modern and minimalist with plenty of room for a little McCaw when the time comes that Richie puts a ring on it.

Another source told Spy all bets are on that an engagement will happen very soon.
