New Zealand rugby's elite blew the opposition off the field this year with their brilliance.
And next Friday they're set to strut their stuff on the red carpet when the cream of this country's footy players gather for the Steinlager Rugby Awards.
The red carpet will be laid out infront of The Viaduct Events Centre for our sporting A-listers and their partners.
Rugby fans wanting to get up close with their heroes for a selfie are in for a treat.
"We would like fans to know that we welcome everyone to come and cheer on their favourite players on the red carpet," Mike Jaspers, media and public relations manager for the NZ Rugby Union, told Spy.
Spy will report on the red carpet walk from 5.45pm-6.45pm and it will screen on Sky Sport 2. The awards ceremony will be broadcast live on the channel from 8.30pm.
The event will be hosted by John Campbell, with Scotty Stevenson and Makere Bradnam.
On the entertainment front, Jaspers said: "There will be a nod to how we commemorated rugby's sacrifices in World War I, followed by a real celebration of what a fantastic year of achievement it has been."
Performers are the New Zealand Dance Company, Ria Hall and the New Zealand Army Band.
A good selection of All Blacks will attend, including former All Black captain Richie McCaw, Ben and Aaron Smith, new heart-throb Nehe Milner-Skudder, Sam Cane, Lima Sopoaga and, of course, coach Steve Hansen.
Apart from the boys in their Barkers' suits, Spy's eyes will be on the outfits worn by McCaw's and Milner-Skudder's partners, Black Stick Gemma Flynn and actress Hanna Tevita.
