Less refined is actress America Olivo, who manages to look both trashy and frumpy in this black lace monstrosity. The stripper heels don't help either.

What a pair these two make. Kendall appears to be channeling Victorian chic, while Kylie is sporting 50 Shades of Beige.

Bombshell Tyra Banks does 80s femme fatale at the premiere of America's Next Top Model, cycle #589. If vinyl red cut outs weren't a thing before, they certainly are now. While she could've chosen a more flattering hem direction than diagonal, those shoes are perfection and beyond so hey, you win some you lose some.
