Spy: Matthew Ridge, Carly Binding call it quits

After seven years together, one of Auckland's most beautiful couples, Carly Binding and Matthew Ridge, have separated.

The couple split last year.

Binding, 36, and Ridge, 46, are guarded about their personal lives and only their inner circle of friends have known.

But Spy understands Binding is ready to get back on the dating scene after the bust-up - even hinting on social media that she is single and ready to mingle.

Last week, she posted a stunning photo of herself to Instagram, with the message "New Year New Me".

When called about the split, Binding declined to comment but confirmed the relationship was over.

Spy understands it's an amicable split and the pair remain good friends.

They love co-parenting their gorgeous son London, 4, and running the multi-million dollar Car-fe car wash and cafe business in Greenlane.

Ridge also declined to comment.
