Shaun Johnson told Spy at the recent ASB Classic launch he was single but the rugby league star - on the come-back trail after a horror broken leg that ruined his season - has been setting tongues wagging with his companions at recent events.
Last week, he turned up atthe Vodafone NZ Music Awards with one of the most beautiful girls about town, former New Zealand's Next Top Model contestant Kobi Bracken.

Spy jumped on to the carpet and asked if they were together. Among all the red-carpet action, their answer was not clear and this week Bracken didn't respond to a request for comment from Spy.
Johnson added some spice to the mix when he tweeted a picture taken with Silver Fern Kayla Cullen at a promo event on Sunday, captioned: "Red bull #RBTGP day at Auckland Domain with my future wife @KaylaCullen12. Come down and say hello!"
Cullen - who used to date Blood, Sweat and Tears drummer Dylan Elise - had the perfect response, tweeting: "Thanks for the epic day yesterday had a wicked time judging with Princess." Princess is one of Johnson's nicknames.
