Sienna Miller

and fair-weather boyfriend

Balthazar Getty

have officially split...again, according to reports.

The couple kicked off controversy last year after they hooked up while

actor Getty was still married to wife

Rosetta

. The father-of-four was criticised for striking up a relationship with Sienna, who was dubbed as a

"homewrecker"

by all and sundry.

Balthazar, 33, later issued a statement denying that he'd started dating Miller, 27, while still with his wife - he said they were already estranged.

The Mirror

reports that Miller pulled the plug on their on-again/off-again relationship (they've split and reunited several times during their ill-fated relationship) because she's tired of all the high-maintenance drama.

"Sienna loved being with Balthazar, but there was too much baggage and she couldn't commit to anything more than a few months," a snitch says.

But added that the two are "still good friends".

Speculation that the couple were on a rocky road to Splitsville ignited last month after Miller was reportedly spotted getting cosy with folk musician

Lock up your sons...

Now that Miller's gotten over Getty, she's a free agent again and ripe for the picking. But before you start greasing the wheels, gents, we've got some bad news: Miller's already set her sights on a suitor. Hollywood hunk

Josh Hartnett

.

According to snitches, Miller and Hartnett have grown "more and more friendly" since the actor was hospitalised last month.

Miller reportedly rushed to Hartnett's bedside after he'd been admitted to a New York hospital for severe stomach pains.

"Josh and Sienna have a unique bond. They understand each other and I wouldn't be surprised if a relationship blossomed," a snitch said.

Sounds like a TTF, but they could be right on the money. Hartnett seems more like her type. Mind you, we said the same thing about

Patrick Swayze is NOT dead!

Reps for cancer-stricken

Patrick Swayze

have shot down scurrilous Twitter-fuelled rumours that the star had died yesterday morning.

News of the ailing actor's premature demise emerged after a Florida radio station broadcast via its Twitter page that Swayze had succumbed to pancreatic cancer.

The internet was quickly buzzing with the erroneous report which promoted Swayze's rep to issue a statement.

"This is to confirm that Patrick Swayze did not pass away this morning contrary to severely reckless reports stemming from a radio station in Jacksonville, Florida.

"Patrick Swayze is alive, well and is enjoying his life and he continues to respond to treatment," his publicist said in a statement.

His rep also

released a recent photo

of Swayze and his wife,

Lisa Niemi

, shot last week at their New Mexico ranch.

Swayze, 56, was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer in January 2008 and has been undergoing chemotherapy treatment since. His health has been wildly speculated for months and he's been dogged by reports claiming he was on his deathbed.

In March, he was forced to refute a report made by the

National Enquirer

that he was nearing the end of his life and had only weeks to live.

The star slammed the "inaccurate" reports at the time and said: "It's amazing to me that the tabloids such as the

National Enquirer

print such negative stories about me and my health when there are so many positive things going on in my life right now. I've started a new chemotherapy and, once again, I am one of the lucky ones with pancreatic cancer that is responding well to the treatment.

"There is a brand new, 12-week-old, Rhodesian Ridgeback puppy named Kumasai in my life who is gorgeous and already showing that he will be one special dog.

"I am starting work on my new book, in addition to enjoying the fantastic response from everyone on my A&E series

The Beast

.

"I hope in the future, the press will think twice about printing inaccuracies and painting an unpleasant picture when I have so much to be thankful for at this time."

We're really glad this report turned out to be hogwash. The mind boggles why someone would kick-start such a nasty rumour in the first place.

We wish him well with his ongoing treatment.
