Daniel also expressed his desire to return to the stage in a musical, though insisted he has no desire to show off his dance moves on a show such as Strictly Come Dancing or Dancing With the Stars.

Speaking at a gala screening of Imperium and his other new movie Swiss Army Man at the opening night of Empire Live at London's The O2, he said: "No, I would not go on Strictly. I love dancing and I'd love to do another musical at some point, but live every night, in front of the nation, every week? No."
And Daniel - who plays a flatulent corpse in Swiss Army Man - also joked he'd be interested in the vacant presenting slot on The Great British Bake Off when it changes networks from the BBC to Channel 4 next year.
He said: "Host the new Bake Off? Ok. Yeah, great... so it will be me, my corpse dummy and Paul Hollywood doing some baking. I wouldn't be able to bake, but I would be there in support."
