Sam Smith has shed more than six kilos in two weeks.
The 22-year-old singer has taken to his Instagram account to pay tribute to nutritionist Amelia Freer after he managed to pile off more than six kilos and "completely transform" his relationship with food by taking tips from her book

He wrote: "Three weeks ago I met a woman who has completely changed my life. Amelia Freer has helped me lose over a stone in 2 weeks and has completely transformed my relationship with food.
