Pryce's wife also took to Instagram to share the exciting news alongside two photos.
"Asher means: Happy & Blessed... And that is exactly what we are to have you, our gorgeous boy," she said.
"We love you endlessly and beyond comprehension already!!
"We miss you so much when you are sleeping... but at the same time just want to sit and watch you for hours while you do it."
Simon and Lauren first met on a Wiggles tour, and were married in 2017.
The couple announced that they were expecting in September, with an Instagram post.
"Lauren and I are beyond excited and overjoyed to be expecting our first baby in early 2021," Pryce wrote at the time.
"I already feel like I'm bursting with love."
