The game sees players wake up after an experiment goes wrong in space, and the ship is overrun by aliens. It is due for release in 2017.
Fans also got their first look at the gameplay for Dishonored 2, featuring a "stealth assassin in a steampunk city".
It features two playable characters, upgradable supernatural abilities and is set 25 years after the 2012 original. Dishonored 2 is due out on November 11.
Other initiatives announced included two virtual reality titles coming in 2017 for Bethesda VR - Fallout 4 and Doom.
Doom DLC called Unto the Evil, new Fallout 4 mods and a next-gen upgrade for The Elder Scrolls Skyrim were also confirmed.
But the presentation was also notable for the lack of two games heavily rumoured beforehand - sequels to popular Bethesda games Wolfenstein and The Evil Within.
