Rapper Sean "Diddy" Combs was inundated with 10,000 applicants after posting an ad on MySpace.com for a personal assistant.

So he's turned the whole thing into a contest: wannabes must submit a video application to YouTube.

Fans will vote for the winner, who'll have the pleasure of dealing with a boss who is prone to "scream, go crazy, keep you up late and have you sleep-deprived".
