Former politician Pam Corkery says she can now call herself "a woman" after lasting four weeks on reality show Dancing With the Stars.
The former politician and her dance partner Matt Tatton Brown found themselves in the bottom two during tonight's elimination show, after scoring 17 points in Sunday night'sfourth round.
A "shocked" Siobhan Marshall and partner Charlie Billington were also named in the bottom two, despite earning 25 points for their dance to Let It Go from the Frozen movie.
Corkery and Tatton Brown were sent home after viewers' votes were counted.
After her elimination, Corkery joked that she could call herself "a woman" after lasting an unlikely four weeks on the show. "I had a terrific experience," she said.
Siobhan Marshall was named in the bottom two, but Pam Corkery was sent home.
She told TV3 she was an outside chance from the start of the show.
"This is so not me. I've always been the jeans, foul-mouthed, potty-mouthed girl ... now I'm being all glidy and elegant and pushed around by men. This is all new territory for me."
Teuila Blakely was safe despite nabbing the lowest score for her controversial performance of a 'hip-hop-infused cha-cha' with partner Scott Cole to Vanilla Ice's Ice Ice Baby.
