The rapper was embroiled in a paternity dispute with Gloria Holloway, who claimed the Wild Ones hitmaker is the daddy of her son.
Flo Rida - real name Tramar Dillard - haddenied fathering the child, but legal documents have been filed by the Florida Department of Revenue relating to Gloria's claim for child support.
TMZ claims the documents show that the courts have already established paternity as a child support request can only be made when paternity is not disputed, suggesting the rap star has accepted the toddler is his.
The Florida Department of Revenue want Flo Rida to provide information on his financial earnings so they can determine how much he owes in back payments and how much he should be entitled to pay going forward.
