One person has reportedly been shot, and another person stabbed, during a brutal confrontation at Miranda Kerr's Malibu mansion this morning.
According to TMZ, a security guard confronted an intruder who hopped over the fence, leading to a brutal altercation.
The gossip magazine reports the guard was stabbed in the eye, while the intruder was shot multiple times, with at least one bullet hitting his head.
Seven News US Bureau Chief Mike Amor said it's believed the intruder jumped an electric fence to get into the property.
Amor said neighbours reported hearing the intruder yelling on the Pacific Coast Highway that runs along the coastline of Malibu.
The neighbours said they believe the intruder is a homeless man.
A photo posted on Twitter by the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department shows medics treating a Malibu stabbing victim on a helicopter.
The patient's identity is not made clear but it's believed to be the injured guard.
Kerr, 33, bought the $16.3 million Californian property in 2014 following her divorce from Orlando Bloom.
It has seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a pool and a veggie patch, and she lives there with her five-year-old son, Flynn.
She was last seen in the area on Sunday while having dinner with friends.
