Olivia Rodrigo and Louis Partridge have reportedly split after two years of dating.

It is claimed the Hope ur OK singer and the House of Guinness actor – who got together in 2023 – called it quits “a few weeks ago”.

A source told The Sun newspaper’s Bizarre column: “They made such a lovely couple, so people who know them were shocked when they heard.

“It’s not been the easiest few weeks for them, and they decided it’s better to be apart for now.”

The insider also claimed that Rodrigo, 22, broke down in tears when talking about the reported break-up at 40-year-old singer Lily Allen’s star-studded sexy Santa Christmas party at the iconic Stringfellows strip club, Covent Garden, London, on Saturday night.

The source continued: “Olivia was at Lily’s party and emotional when she was talking about it. Her friends have rallied around her, but it’s just been pretty rough. It’s really sad right now.”

Neither Rodrigo nor Partridge, 22, has confirmed or denied that their relationship is over.

In September, Partridge is said he can “handle” being better known as Rodrigo’s boyfriend.

Asked how he feels being called “Mr Olivia Rodrigo”, the Enola Holmes 3 star told Variety: “I’m very happy, and I think she is too, so all is good in our world.”

In October 2023, Rodrigo jetted out to London with her best friend, singer Conan Gray, to visit Partridge and to celebrate Halloween in the British capital.

A separate source – who added Rodrigo and Partridge had been dating earlier that year – told The Sun at the time: “She has spent a few days in the capital hanging out with them all, but it’s been Louis who she has been inseparable from.

“They have been [out] for dinners and nights out. They hit a club together on Friday night and were acting very couple-y. It’s really sweet to see her happy.”

In March 2024, Partridge admitted he does not want to live his love life “in the public eye”.

The Paddington 2 actor told British Vogue: “Dating probably shouldn’t be done in the public eye.

“There’s enough going on between two people. You don’t need the voices of thousands of others in your head.

“I think she’s got it a lot worse than I have. I can be a bit of a normal person. She’s got tons and tons of eyes on her case.”

Partridge also said he ignored the online comments about his and Rodrigo’s relationship, adding: “If there’s a load of people nattering in a room about you, you can choose to put your ear to the door to hear what they say or not.

“I think you’re probably better off not letting curiosity get the better of you.”

In August that year, he and the Drivers License hitmaker enjoyed a date night at the Venice Film Festival, Italy, following the premiere of his film, Disclaimer.

Partridge later posted a photo of himself and Rodrigo to his Instagram Stories, making their relationship Instagram official.

In September 2025, Partridge discussed the attention surrounding his and Rodrigo’s appearances at the Glastonbury music festival – where the three-time Grammy award-winning artist performed – and the Wimbledon tennis tournament over the summer.

He told Esquire: “I was not aware that was going to be a thing. I did see a lot of photos from that; it felt quite public.

“Olivia and I choose, or have been choosing, to not be so public. Obviously, it has been quite a big summer for her with Glastonbury [Rodrigo headlined the music festival], but there’s a sanctity to being private.”

Partridge and Rodrigo’s most recent public appearance came in October, when they attended the Academy Museum Gala in Los Angeles.
