Nicole Scherzinger believes taking selfies will help her get over Lewis Hamilton.
The former Pussycat Dolls singer - who split from the Formula One racing driver last month after seven years together - thinks anyone going through a "hard time" needs to work on themselves and do whatever it takesto feel stronger and be a better person.
She said: "For anyone going through a hard time, you feel broken. It's about piecing yourself together and just focusing on you.
"Working on yourself, getting whole, getting strong, taking care of yourself, loving yourself, finding self-acceptance.
"Finding your worth again, whatever that is - take some selfies in good lighting, put cute contouring on your face, take some Instagram pics, have a margarita, whatever it takes to boost your self-esteem.
"You have to work on yourself and not focus on the other person. If you do that, you're going to stay the old you and you are not winning - other people are winning and you are not. You can't dwell on the past."
And the 36-year-old beauty also thinks her Catholic faith will guide her through the tough times.
She said: "I pray a lot - my faith is probably the best thing about me. But you have to really sit down and figure out what you're meant for - go figure out a plan of how you're going to go for that."
